Whilst many other similar projects have been touted and talked about, TI Homes indeed is in the final process of planning of theirs to be located in northern Ipoh city. Backdropped by mountains and a forest reserve, this RV (Retirement Village) will appeal to across many mindsets. Just 5 minutes drive to the North-South Highway, one can just drive to Taiping in minutes or to KL in under 2 hours (all within legal speed limit).

ZENCARE LIFESTYLES AUSTRALIA is the consultant to the project, comprising 126 landed homes of various sizes ranging between 800 to 1,300 sq ft. The details of the project will be released upon project approval from the authorities.

Following Australian approaches, the village will have a resort like atmosphere with individual parking right outside the home. The photo shows a sample from an Australian RV.

The first purpose-built retirement village is coming up in Ipoh

Word is out that the plans for the 126 units of purpose-built retirement homes in the gated community is in the process of final planning and due for submission to the authorities. The developer Total Investment Sdn Bhd (TI HOMES) engaged the services of Australian consultants and will eventually operate with Australian expertise as well.
The location is known to be in MERU on the Chemor route just at the north-east section of Ipoh city. Backdropped by a picturesque forest reserve, the site promises peace and tranquility without being remote from amenities. The Mydin Hypermarket is just one kilometer away.
More updates on this will follow.

What will landed retirement homes be like? The ones in Australia are very pleasant.
