Do You Feel Christmas Around the Town??

Merry Christmas!! Many places around Ipoh has been decorated with Christmas Decoration. Places such as Jalan Tambun near Sunway City Ipoh traffic light intersection, the dim glow of street lamps has been dwarfed by man made mistletoe outlined with neon tube lights. At the same time, inside of Sunway City Ipoh, all the leafless trees, in addition of the mistletoe and snowflakes, and also the statues of reindeer make the place looks like a winter wonderland.

Other than Sunway City Ipoh, Ipoh Parade Shopping Centre has also done very creative and nice decoration. Ipoh Parade Shopping Centre has sculpture a Santa Claus out of balloons that extends his hands to greet customers.

5 Steps To Choose Where To Retire

1) Choose a particular area.
Make random choices of areas that you would wish to retire to base on your own tastes or preference. And also how much is your saving for your retirement. Leisure style can also consider as part of the preferences of your choices. Come out with a list of preferable places consider to live in after you retire. This can help to narrow down the scope of choices. It can help to avoid you to get confuse to choose which place to retire because of too many places to choose.

2)Begin your research or survey.
Start off your internal and external research. Gather information through brainstorming yourself, ask people who are close to you for opinion, internet, library and also if you have the time, to to the selected places to see how do that place looks like as in term of environment, people, food, and etc.

3)Consider the cost of living
Have to compare the cost of living of your current living places and cost of living of the new place you are considering. Especially if you are plan to rely on your retirement benefits to meet the cost of living after you retire. Few things you have to pay more attention at, tax rates, expenses on food, housing and travelling. Of course at the same time there are other things to consider such as the expenses likely to be incurred on preferred leisure activities. You may end up need to consider of to work a part time job or etc or break completely from any form of employment.

4)What is the distance from your friends and extended families
Everyone need social needs. Of course nobody want to leave their close friends or families, it is the same for those who already retired. Find a place to retire which close to friends and family is a great ideal.

5)Break the tie
If there are two or more cities have same or similar characteristic qualities that you admire, establish a a way to separate the two in order to avoid any disagreements for instance in the case of a couple due to personal preferences. This will require digging deeper into the tying choices. You may consider such factor as the available job opportunities, the language used, cultural factors among others which will bring an overall difference and help you choose your place of retirement.
